The Financial Affairs Committee plans the management of City financial resources. Their work includes preparation and amendment of the budget and recommending the millage rate to Council. Additionally, this committee is responsible for long-term financial planning and reporting.

2009 committee members are Tom Rozier (Chair), Kathy Sanders, Randy Kirkus, Dixie Kucera, Robin Sansone, Bill Smith and Pam Williamson.
