The City Administrator also has the role of the City Clerk. He is the custodian of the city records, documents, and seal and performs responsible administrative and management work in providing support for the Mayor and City Council and in interacting with citizens.

The OEO enforces the City ordinances. The City enforces ordinances related to trees, planning and zoning, septic tank inspections, trash collection, graffiti, noise and other areas to help maintain property values throughout the City.
