Meetings are scheduled on an as-needed basis.  The Planning and Zoning (P and Z) Commission hears varaince requests. For further information on varaince requests, please see the 'Builidng Permits' FAQ. The law requires that a varaince hearing is advertised 15 days before the meeting.  P and Z Meetings are advertised in the official legal organ of Gwinnett County- the Gwinnett Daily Post.
