E-mail alerts: All registered site users can now elect to receive email alerts, which will inform you of which pages have changed and of upcoming calendar events. Simply register on the site, and check "...receive email alerts...".

RSS feeds: Really Simple Syndication (RSS) news feeds, this new web technology allows the web site to distribute to your browser headlines of articles posted on the home page (without you actually having to visit the site).

You can receive the feeds, by using a compatible browser such as Netscape 7, Mozilla 1.4, Firefox (click on the RSS icon in the lower right) orInternet Explorer (via recommended readers) , future versions of Internet Explorer will support RSS natively. |

Improved Site Search: The site search is now faster and more comprehensive, it covers all the content on the site including ordinances, minutes, agendas. Simply type in the search term in the search box in the upper right hand corner and click Go>. You can further refine search results, by filtering on the term by Exact Phrase or the ordering. |

Easier Site Navigation: The menu system now offers an easier way to locate what you're looking for, using both drop-down style menus across the top and quick link menus on the left for frequently requested pages. |

Improved Content Organization: All of the web site's pages have been re-organized based on our communications committee input to better allow you to find what you are looking for. |
