Salter opened the meeting at 7:00 pm at 4040 South Berkeley Lake Road.

There was much discussion about the budget. Council went through the proposed 2006 budget amendment and proposed 2007 budget line by line and a consensus was reached.

The work session finished at 10:00 pm.
