Page 2 of 14 Animal Control (Ch. 30)
- No dog may be permitted to bark excessively or to run at large. Dogs must be leashed at all times when off the property of the owner.
- Anyone owning or keeping any dog or cat shall promptly remove and dispose of all feces left by the dog or cat on property not owned or lawfully occupied by the animal owner.
- Any resident may make a written complaint to the City Clerk about violations, and owners may be summoned to appear in Municipal Court. Proper tags and licenses must be obtained from Gwinnett County.
