Building Restrictions on Right of Way   (Ch. 39-808 and Ch. 20)

  • No structures, including walls or fences shall be erected on the city right-of-way. Parking pads are specifically prohibited under this article. Mailboxes are permitted, but their construction shall be limited to the traditional stake and arm design only. (NOTE: Those constructed before passage of this ordinance were allowed to remain but can only be rebuilt in accordance with this ordinance.)
