  • It is unlawful for the owner or resident of any property in the City to accumulate any “junk” on the property. “Junk” includes discarded, dismantled, wrecked, scrapped, ruined or abandoned motor vehicles or heavy equipment, any discarded household goods including appliances or furniture, or any building or construction debris.
