CALL TO ORDER
Salter called the meeting to order at 12 NOON at 4043 South Berkeley Lake Road.

PUBLIC HEARING
Let the record show that no one showed up for the meeting.

THERE BEING NO FURTHER BUSINESS, COHEN MOTIONED TO ADJOURN THE MEETING AT 12.15 PM. GUTHRIE SECONDED THE MOTION, AND ALL WERE IN FAVOR. THE MOTION PASSED.
